·        Click on Mail Settings.

·        Under Compose Message section, tap the ‘Stationery and Fonts’ option.

·        Set Default Fonts.


New mail messages: Click on “Font” in this section and choose the default font for new emails.

Replying / forwarding messages: Click on “Font” to select the default font for replies and forwarded emails.

Composing and reading plain text messages: Click on “Font” to choose the default font for plain text emails.


How to Change Fonts in Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, and Outlook for Microsoft 365?



Follow the below steps to change outlook default font.


1.       Open Outlook and Go to Options

·  Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

·  To change the default font and size on outlook, click on the “File Tab” displayed in the top-left corner. A menu on the left side with different tabs will be opened.

·  Choose the “Options” button from the left-hand side list, just below the Feedback Button. A Dialog Box of Name Outlook options will be opened.


2.      Go to Mail Category and Click on Stationery and Fonts

·  On the left-hand side dialog box, a menu will be available that contain different tabs.

·  In the Outlook Options window, choose the “Mail” option from the left-hand pane under General tab.

·  Scroll down the right-hand side of the screen and select the “Compose Message” option.

· Here, tap the “Stationery and Fonts” option to open a ‘Signatures and Stationary’ dialog box on the screen.

 

3.       Click on Font

In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, move to the “Personal Stationery” tab.  Click on the “Font” option. 

 

4.       Choose Font and Save Changes

After choosing the Font option, a Font dialog box will appear on the screen. Now, select the desired font, its style, size, and colour from the drop-down menu. After selecting, click on the “OK” option to save your changes.


How to Change Fonts in Outlook 2007 and 2003?



1.      Open Outlook, Go to Tools, and Click Options

·        Open Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 on your computer.

·        Tap the “Tools” menu at the top of the screen to open a drop-down menu.

·        Choose “Options” from the dropdown menu. An Options dialog box will be opened on the screen.


2.      Click on the Mail Format Tab and Select Stationery and Fonts

·        Tap the “Mail Format” tab in the Options dialog box,

·        In the “Stationery and Font “section, click on the “Stationery and Fonts” button to continue. A new dialog box will be opened on the screen with the name Signatures and Stationery.

 

3.      Click on Font

In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, move to the Personal Stationery tab. Click on the “Font” option to choose the desired font and size.

 

4.      Select your preferred font

·        A Font dialog box will appear on the screen.

·        Select the desired font, size, style, and colour from the drop-down list.

·        Click on the “OK” option, when your selections are completed and displays the same on writing the email.
