Steps to Schedule Outlook in Windows
To schedule sending of email from your PC, you need to follow the steps
Launch any browser, open Outlook and click “New email” or reply to an existing message.
Compose your email, add the recipient, and enter the subject line as usual.
Navigate to the “Options” tab in the message window and select “Delay” delivery in the pane
In the “Properties” tab that opens, scroll down to the “Delivery” options section. Tick on the checkmark box for Do not deliver before and choose the date and time to send the email.
Once done, click “Close” to exit from the Properties pane.
Now return to the email window and click “Send” to send the message later.
To view, edit, or cancel a scheduled email, go to your Outbox folder.
